TC   is the abbreviation of Temperature Control , temperature control speed 

VC   is the abbreviation of  Voltage Control , the voltage signal controls the speed   

RC   is the abbreviation of  Risister Control , resistance ( usually a potentiometer ) controls the speed  

CS   is the abbreviation of  Const Speed , constant speed after reaching the rated voltage
